Our products come in a variety of shapes and sizes, but we aim to have your courier sized order ready to go the same day if ordered before 2pm or the next day if the order is after 2pm.

All deliveries are “No Signature Required”.

We use the Mainfreight New Zealand network to haul our larger items. They usually deliver promptly within 1-2 days North Island, 2-3 days South Island, the trucks depart 2pm each day.

All items carry a 24-month warranty unless stated otherwise.

We honour the NZ Consumer’s Guarantees Act and any relevant NZ consumer rights legislation.

Items sold will not be covered by warranty if they are damaged by liquid, impact or any misuse by the user. In addition, removal of any label, tampering, or any unauthorised use also voids the warranty.

Our Heron Generators are covered by a 24 Month/2000-hour (whichever occurs first) Warranty for Domestic use, 12 month/1000- hour warranty for commercial use. Conditions apply.

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied is considered private and confidential.

No credit card information is stored.

Our Trade Me store is managed Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm, we often keep an eye on things during the weekend too. We will endeavour to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day.

GST Tax Invoices:

We are a GST Registered Company, and a GST Invoice will be provided with every sale.
