The product arrived broken, I sent pics of the broken plastic. The courier pack was not damaged at all, so the product had been damaged before they sent it to me. They said I had to take it up with the courier company. This was not the couriers fault as the packaging was not damaged. When I tried to explain this he hung up on me. BE WARNED NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM. I'm sure they are fine when all goes ok but was not willing to help at all when there was a problem :(
