PAYMENT OPTIONS

All purchases require Auction number and name for our reference. We have no way of knowing who has paid for an item as many of our products are priced the same. It will slow down how quickly you will receive your Trade item if we do not have the correct information.

We take the following forms of payment:

• Direct credit to our Bank Account.
• Credit Card, EFTPOS.
• We also accept Q Card, Farmers card, you will need to be present in our stores to complete this transaction.
• FINANCE AVAILABLE TAP - Must be arranged prior to purchase.
• If you buy now or have an Auction finishing on Sunday or a public holiday, we will contact you on the next working day.

Shipping Providers We use trusted freight partners to ensure your order reaches you efficiently:

• North Island deliveries: Shipped via Advanced Freight
• South Island deliveries: Shipped via Basic Transport

Dispatch Time We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (Monday to Friday).

Please note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available working day.

Pick-Up Available Prefer to collect your order? Pick-up is welcome from our store. Just select the "Pick Up" option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

We will offer a replacement or exchange, provided that:

• You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
• The item is returned to us for assessment
• A replacement is available (if not, a full refund will be issued)

Warranty Claims If your return is due to a warranty issue, please:

• Return the item to us for inspection
• Once confirmed as a valid warranty claim, we will:

a) Repair, replace, or refund the item

b) Refund your return shipping cost

• Customers are responsible for returning goods unless it's a warranty claim
• Items must be returned in original or secure packaging
