Fast delivery from across the ditch (awesome tracking app) Adequately packaged with some obvious minor handling damage (no different to how some local purchases arrive). Totally happy with product, construction is straight forward but I can picture people with less industrial minds struggle with the coupling. PSST the black rubber bit sits "INSIDE" the spring. Been raining and hoping I can put this out on the road tomorrow with some camping gear. Many thanks for providing a useful item.

Brilliant machine. works really well.

Butterfly chair arrived reasonably promptly and communication from Thomas was good which is why I am not putting a red face, however, the chair is of poor quality and I needed to get replacement parts. Even after replacing parts I had to adjust the legs by re-bending so that the chair would actually assemble. Probably took 6 frustrating hours in total to finally put together. I might trade again but only if the item was cheap and pre-assembled.
