Contact must be made within 3 days of auction closure and payment must be made in full within 5 days of auction closure unless arrangement has been made with management prior to the auction closing.

Payment Options:

Direct Credit/Internet Payment: Please ensure auction number and your name is used as a reference.

Visa/Credit Cards: Please use the ‘Pay Now’ system provided with the auction. We do also accept credit card payments over the telephone.

EFTPOS/Cash: Eftpos is available when the goods are picked up from our store.

Cheques: We accept cheques when the goods are picked up from our store and if you wish to post payment to us. Please be aware that when posting cheques, it takes a few days to clear.

GST Invoices:

We are GST registered and issue a GST invoice with each sale. Please retain your invoice for warranty purposes.

For items up to 20Kg we use courier service delivered to your door. We use Courier Post for our courier service and their logistics network is excellent.

Delivery times can vary due to the area and available freight services, but we aim to have your goods delivered within the following times frames:

Within North Island – non rural address: 1-2 days

Within North Island – rural address: 2-3 days

Within South Island – non rural address: 2-3 days

Within South Island – rural address: 2-4 days

For all items over 20 Kg we use Mainfreight as our service provider. Mainfreight provide excellent service to any urban address within New Zealand.

Please remember than truck transport service like Mainfreight can take a day or so longer than courier service and they do not deliver to rural address. Also for Mainfreight service they will need to phone you to arrange exact delivery times.

If the items received is not as stated in the advertised description we will gladly refund the payment in full providing the goods have not been used and are returned in an unused state within 7 days.

No refunds are accepted if the item has been used. We will repair or replace any item that has failed due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind. We are understanding and our goal is to offer 100% satisfaction, we will do our utmost to provide a fair solution.
