You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 3 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made).

Payment Options We prefer payment to be made by Bank deposit using Internet Banking.

It can take up to 48 hours for transferred funds to clear. We will send the purchased items as soon as the payment has appeared in our account.

Please note that payments made over a weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning.

Public holidays also may add an extra working day.

Please ensure you use the AUCTION NUMBER as a banking reference otherwise it may take us time to reconcile payments with other customers’ purchases.

• Credit card - We accept Visa and Mastercard on all auctions. You will need to telephone us after the auction to process your transaction.

Tax/GST Invoices We are GST registered and invoices are provided on all sales.

Freight Most freight is transported through CourierPost Couriers. Please email us if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times below: 1-3 working days within the North/South Islands 2-5 working days rural delivery & within outer islands (i.e. Stewart Island, Waiheke Island etc).

Damages or Loss in Transit Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against CourierPost Couriers directly. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit however details of any claim should be advised to us immediately.

Track and Trace Track and trace service is available on all parcels - http://www.courierpost.co.nz – we will provide you with your tracking number if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times above. Please email us to receive this.

Feedback Please view our feedback. It gives good assurance of our customers' opinions of our standard of service. We encourage feedback within the Trade Me community. We will place feedback on all completed auctions. If you are satisfied with your purchase we would appreciate you doing the same. Please email or call us to resolve any dispute prior to posting a negative or neutral feedback. Negative feedback does not help resolve an issue whereas a phone call will.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will only be offered on items that arrive dead on arrival, are damaged in transit or are defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.
2. Refunds will not be offered if items are not compatible with buyers system OR buyer is unable to operate or assemble item. Buyer must ensure that systems are checked for compatibility prior to purchase/bidding.
3. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
4. Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is 'not what you expected'.
5. Original postage charges are non-refundable.
6. All items must be returned to us for full assessment before a refund will be issued.

Privacy We respect privacy and confidentiality. Personal details you provide are appropriately treated. We are aware of our obligations and the trust you place in us. Your details will never be provided to a third party.
