We take Bank Deposits. All items must be paid for within 7 days, if items are not paid for with 7 days order will be cancelled and the sellers fee will be reclaimed from Trademe.

All items are shipped from our Hamilton warehouse, we make every effort to get the product to your door as swiftly as possible and will send the item(s) out as soon as the payment has been confirmed. Please allow up to 1-2 working days for delivery and approx 2-4 days if a South Island or rural address. Let us know if you need the item urgently and we will try to get it to you asap. If delivering to a company address, please ensure the company name is included. A phone number is good too as sometimes couriers can’t find you.

We always send with signature required courier to insure the safety of your item, but if you want it left non signature required we can do that. Any loss incurred will not be our responsibility.

We will be glad to exchange undamaged and unused items with no restocking fee within 14 days from the date of sale.

For item exchanges, credits or refunds: Motoxparts must wait until the original item has been returned to ship your product. If item is to be returned for a credit or refund, the item must be sent back and checked for condition before a credit or refund is issued. This includes packaging intact.

Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. All goods must be returned in original condition by courier with a tracking number.
