Items will normally be shipped within 48hrs of purchase. A street address is required, as couriers do not accept delivery to PO Boxes. A phone number is also required to help the courier.

Please note all Items are subject to availability at time of purchase, if an item is not immediately available in New Zealand, you will be notified with the option to backorder the item, swap for a different colour/size/brand or cancel the item.

NZ WIDE

Postage and packaging is FREE OF CHARGE for accessories over $200 within New Zealand. Orders under $200 will be charged at $10.00 for freight within New Zealand. Mr Motorcycles uses NZ Couriers or Fastway Couriers for New Zealand deliveries, please allow 2 - 4 days for delivery within New Zealand. If you wish for stipulate which courier is used please make a note on your order. Motorcycles and ATVs can be shipped, please email for costs.

AUSTRALIA

All orders will incur a $16 delivery Charge, and will be sent via New Zealand Couriers tracked ‘ePost’ service, with a delivery target of 3 - 10 days. (Size restrictions apply)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we want to hear from you. Because we fully comply with all laws and regulations of New Zealand, we offer a moneyback guarantee if you are not satisfied. Simply return the item in the same condition that you received it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of you receiving your product/s.

Please note that the laws and regulations of New Zealand apply in all commercial transactions with us. We are bound by all New Zealand laws and regulations including:

In summary these require that all goods sold to you must match or exceed descriptions and specifications given by us. If they do not, you are entitled to a refund of your purchase price or a replacement of the item in question.
