Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on all orders over $100 NZD.
• For orders under $100 NZD:

$5.50 for non-rural areas (delivery in 1–3 working days, with tracking). $9.80 for rural areas (delivery in 2–4 working days, with tracking). Shipping charges are subject to change in future.

Combined Shipping

• Postage will be combined automatically at checkout for multiple items, ensuring the most cost-effective rate.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day from Auckland.

30-Day Return Policy You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are unopened and in their original condition with Proof of purchase. Final Sale Items (Clearance Items): We do not accept returns on final sale items or clearance items unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we fully comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

• We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including a clear photo and description of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective (damaged) or Wrong Items Sent: We will cover the return postage costs.
• Change of Mind or Wrong Item Ordered: The buyer is responsible for the return postage.

Restocking Fee

• No restocking fee will be charged on any returns.
