We only accept payment methods (Pay Now) as offered by Trade Me. Payment instructions are automatically sent to customers within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear, especially payments made over the weekend or public holidays.

Internet Banking / Direct Credit: Full Payment Instructions are auto emailed to all winning bidders.

Credit Card via Pay Now: Available via Trade Me for most products.

Ping:Allows for you to make immediate payment for your purchases by credit card or debit card on Trade Me.

Afterpay:We also accept payments using Afterpay. It is free for buyers, providing you pay instalments on time. Afterpay set individual credit limits per user.

We offer free shipping on all domestic urban orders over $60 ($6.99 for rural). For orders under $60, a $6.99 urban/ $12.99 rural shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

At Nature's Basket New Zealand, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders to most locations in New Zealand are shipped Mon-Fri and are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days. For deliveries to rural areas, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery. Please note that delivery timeframes are calculated from the date the order is picked up by the courier, not from the time the order was placed. Once the order has left our facility, we have no control over the delivery time.

We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner, but please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For non-food products, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

For food products including health supplements, please tell us what is the issue and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Your feedback is important to us, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. On average, standard shipping takes 2-3 business days. For deliveries to rural areas, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

2. How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email. We use NZ post to deliver your items.

3. My parcel has arrived and something is damaged, what do I do now?

We're sorry that your parcel has not arrived in perfect condition. Please contact us with your order number and let us know what has been damaged. We'll happily issue you with a refund or arrange a replacement where possible.

Please make sure you keep any damaged items and packaging in the same condition as they are received, and take a photo if possible. This can assist us in making a claim with the courier.
