We accept payments through Ping, After pay, Bank Deposit and Internet banking.

Note: We don’t accept cash, cheques, Paypal, etc.

Payment Instructions:

Payment Instructions are Automatically Sent within a few minutes after Buy now and we request our customer to made payment within 6 working days.

We ship orders very next working day after payment clearance. It takes 1 - 2 working days for non-rural Address and 2 - 4 working days for rural address after shipping except heavy items (Some Heavy items require more days)

Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc. If order has been placed on weekend or on public holidays it will be dispatched on next working day.

Tracking:

All orders are shipped via track and trace courier service.

P.O. Boxes:

Yes, we send on PO Boxes.

GST TAX INVOICES:

GST Invoice will be provided On Demand

Undeliverable address & returned items:

If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, NZHUB reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for re-delivering the order.

Damaged and Missing Parcels:

We can send a replacement or can lodge an inquiry for you, If you receive a damaged parcel or the tracking shows delivered while you haven't received the parcel please contact us,

In case of damaged item, receiver should check the parcel thoroughly before signing the consignment. We reserve the right to decline replacement/refund if consignment signed as “good order” at the time of delivery.

Receiver can also decline delivery if courier driver insist to sign it before checking the damage. In this case, please report back to us and we will complain for that driver to courier management.

Combine shipping:

Yes, but additional shipping will be charged according to size and address! Please ask before placing order. (High Volume items may incur extra charges or cannot be combined at all)

Returns

If the item arrived faulty or did not work as intended, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of your item after it has been returned (at our cost) and tested.

We do have 99 days warranty on all of our products if not mentioned.

If product is faulty or damaged please allow us to give the best possible replacement for your product, if we are not able to provide you the replacement than we can process a refund for you.

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product once you've received your order unless we have made a genuine mistake in our description (and yes, we are human) or where your request to exchange is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

If you’ve changed your mind, we will accept a Return (at the buyer’s cost) within 3 days provided the item is unopened, unused and in a mint re-sellable condition.

Warranty

NZHUB warranty policy covers our products for 99 Days from the delivery date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.

If you feel that your purchase has a fault that is covered under warranty please contact us, including as much detail as possible (including a photo of the issue if possible or applicable) so that we can assess the problem and advise you of a solution. This could be either a repair, replacement or refund. We reserve the right to provide the best possible solution based on availability of stock.
