Payment Methods:

We offer three convenient payment methods.

1. Ping - recommended

• Credit and debit card payment via Trade Me
• Support for American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Prezzy Card and Q-Card

2. Afterpay

• Your payment is split over four equal fortnightly payments
• Interest free and free to use - as long as you pay on time

3. Internet banking

• Our bank details are in the ‘payment instructions’ e-mail
• Please use the purchase ‘P number’ as the deposit reference
• Do not round-up the payment, for example, if the purchase price is $10.99 deposit $10.99, do not deposit $11

Payment is required within 3 working days of your purchase.

GST Invoices

• GST invoices are e-mailed automatically with each and every purchase

Where do you ship from?

Everything listed on our store is in stock in New Zealand and ready to ship straight to your front door.

New Zealand Wide Delivery

We proudly ship nationwide to all urban, rural and PO box addresses in NZ.

Daily Shipment Cut-off

All purchases paid before 8 AM are GUARANTEED to be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be sent the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your purchase has been packaged and is ready to be dispatched you will be e-mailed a GST invoice and the tracking information.

Rural Surcharge

Unfortunately, all carriers charge a rural surcharge, but where possible we subsidise this. If you have a rural address please select the rural shipping option OR provide a non-rural address. Our system detects when a non-rural shipping option is selected and this just causes unnecessary delays.

Pick-Ups

We are an online only company and do not allow pick-ups, this allows us to cut down on overheads and offer superior pricing and service. Feel rest assured that our shipping is fast.

Damaged Shipments

This rarely happens but if your purchase has been damaged by the courier, if possible, refuse the delivery (and take photos of the damage) and inform us. If the delivery has already been made please send us photos within 24 hours so we can make a claim with the carrier.

If your purchase has a problem PLEASE contact us ASAP so we can work with you to resolve it. Often problems can easily be resolved via e-mail and our knowledgeable team are here to help - customer satisfaction is our priority! Placing negative feedback without contacting us first does not solve anything.

Warranty Policy:

• All purchases come with a warranty period specified on the appropriate product listing
• Our warranty basis is RTB (return to base). RTB means you are required to cover the costs to ship the goods back to us, and we will cover the costs to ship the repaired or replaced product back to you
• Warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship and/or internal faults

Warranty does not cover the following:

• Free gifts
• Physical damage and/or impact damage
• Water or liquid damage
• Unauthorised repairs and/or opening of any products
• Products not purchased from us – where-possible, we record product serial numbers
• Faults in goods which require a professional installation and the work is carried out by someone not qualified (proof and verification of professional installation is required for such warranty claims – such as an invoice and/or letterhead)
• Any other forms of negligence and/or other user-caused faults

Under these circumstances, any warranty will automatically become void.

Business Purchases

• Please note that the Consumers Guarantee Act does not apply to business purchases

Returns:

• All returns must first be approved by our friendly team
• For returns to be accepted ALL original product packaging and any included spare parts and/or accessories must be included
• We suggest returns are made via Courier and that the goods are well protected – we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns
• We aim to inspect all returned products within 5 working days of receipt. If a defect is found we will either repair or replace the product

Refund Policy:

We will not refund you just because:

• You simply 'change your mind' and/or don’t want the item any more
• The item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'

We will however meet all of our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act and either repair or replace faulty goods.
