How much does postage cost?

$5 nationwide… And it’s not just standard postage, it’s couriered to you with track and trace.

When will I receive my package?

We send packages each morning during the week. Orders received after Friday morning, and during the weekend, will be sent on Monday morning. Once we send your order, it should be with you within three working days. It might take more than three working days if you are rural or this week contains a public holiday.

__Where should my package be sent? __

Somewhere that a person will be to receive it. Most people find work a good place to receive their packages because someone is guaranteed to be there.

__Where on earth is my package? __

Once your order is sent, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which can be used to track your parcel. If things are really taking a long time you should contact the courier company with your tracking number.

The courier came but I wasn’t home… What should I do?

Contact the courier company man! We’re not your mother...

How can I send you a beer?

We don’t receive beer by mail, it just gets too frothy. However, we’re happy to catch up for a ride and a beer next time we’re in the same location – which will be rather easy if you’re located in Christchurch.

Outspoken Cycles is proud to offer high quality biking gear to get you stoked and out on your bike. We believe you’ll be stoked with whatever product you receive from us. However, if you have any concerns about your product don’t hesitate to email us.

Returns policy: Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards

In the following situations only partial refunds are granted: If any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.

Shipping To return your product, you should first email us. We'll give you a shipping address and we can go forward from there.
