All goods are sent and tracked with NZ Post, followed by an email to you, with tracking details and a downloadable GST invoice. No delivery on weekends or public holidays. If a product is purchased on a Friday before 8 am, delivery will be scheduled for Monday. If a product is purchased after 8 am Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday with scheduled delivery on Tuesday. 99.9% of shipments arrive on time, we have no control over unforeseen circumstances out of our control once the product has left our premises.

We do ship to PO Boxes

We will ensure that our obligations under the Commerce Commission NZ Fair Trading Act 2013 are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced. The part will not be refunded.

The cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the delivery costs to return the item to the customer if the part has been found to be faulty.

Please note that we will not, as a standard matter of course, offer a refund if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. Please ensure that you select your products carefully and that they are compatible with your requirements before buying. In certain circumstances, returns will be accepted and a store credit will be issued.

1-year warranty on all goods under normal usage and used for the purpose they are designed for.

We are not liable or responsible for any cost or charges by automotive repairers associated with part/s purchased from our company.

We have no liability for wrongly diagnosed faults or damage caused to the vehicle and or the part/s due to incorrect installation or misuse of the product.

Warranty will be void if the product has been modified in any way and or wires shortened or cut off.

This warranty policy is in accordance with the automotive industry and the Commerce Commission NZ Fair Trading Act 2013.

How long do orders take to be delivered?

All orders are express dispatched.

What do I do if a faulty item is received?

All parts are thoroughly inspected and or tested before dispatch in our specialized electronic workshop.

Please contact us with the email address on your invoice and tell us the details of the fault prior to returning the item.

When something is wrong with the order received?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us with the email address on your invoice and we will do our very best to rectify the problem.

I have emailed your company but have not had a reply, why?

We endeavor to answer all emails within 24 hours on a business day. If we have not replied, it may be because your email was sent from a mobile phone and has not reached our server. Gmail and Hotmail accounts are known to be particularly unreliable in delivering to some email accounts.

After emailing us, please check your spam/junk mail folders for a reply.
