Payment for orders may be made directly through TradeMe and is due on placement of an order.

PDK Charnwood is based near Exeter, Devon, UK and all orders will be shipped from our UK warehouse.

Orders weighing up to 2kg are delivered to New Zealand by standard international postal services. Above this weight orders will be delivered by courier (DHL in most cases). Standard shipping to New Zealand is free.

There is the option to upgrade to an express delivery service instead of the standard service.

Standard delivery to New Zealand is likely to take 10-15 business days from date of despatch. DHL Express delivery is likely to take 3-4 business days from date of despatch.

Please note that the customer is responsible for assuring the purchased product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and for the payment of any import taxes, customs duties and fees which might be levied by the destination country. PDK Charnwood has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

PDK Charnwood wants you to be totally satisfied with your goods. If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, please return the goods to us (unused and in their original condition and packaging with a copy of the invoice) within 30 days of receipt and a full refund for the cost of goods will be made. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting certificate when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Please note, however, that the customer is liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.
