Ahhhh, payment. That old chestnut. If only you could pay for things with warm tingly feelings, that'd be nice.

When you make a purchase with us, you’ll receive an email immediately with detailed payment instructions. You can pay by credit card - using Trade Me’s Pay Now facility or online bank deposit.

Once you've paid in full, we’ll process your order right quick smart.

Once we receive payment, we will produce your product (we print on demand) and dispatch it with the courier within 7 days max.

Delivery times vary, but expect North Island to be 1 to 2 days, South Island to be 2-4 days.

If you’re at a rural address, delivery will take 3-5 days as the courier needs to pass the parcel on to your local postman pat... But you're probably used to that by now.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number so you can stalk your canvas online right up until it gets to your door.

Did you know that every time you send a package in the mail you have the power to turn a regular grown up into overexcited preschooler? We DO NOT take the power of the package lightly. We’ll carefully package your print like we were sending our own child.

If you have any special delivery instructions, please contact one of our friendly staff members via phone or email so that we can look after you.

We’re here to help and will gladly resolve any issues you bring to us.

If for some reason your order is munted, please don’t freak out! Just send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to sort it out for you as quickly as we possibly can. The only thing we can’t do is reimburse you for the cost of shipping. Once that ship has already sailed…well, you get what we’re trying to say.

Please contact us for instructions on returning an item. You can expect a replacement, exchange or refund within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
