Factory Fault? = Full item Refund Offered if Item is faulty. (photos must be Provided) Item Damaged in Transit? = Full Refund offered if item was sent with Registered/insured Shipping option offered in Checkout. If you have chosen to have your order sent un-insured there is No Refund. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the postage amount will not be refunded.
