We utilise the automated auction management system and Pay now. After purchasing an item, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed through the "ProductSaver Secure Checkout System". The checkout cart compiles all your information and notifies us of your payment. We would appreciate completion of checkout within 2 business days of the end of your purchase. The following forms of payment are accepted:

• Internet banking
• Bank Deposit
• Pay Now (Debit/Credit Card through Trade Me only)
• AfterPay (Debit/Credit Card through Trade Me only)

Full payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close date. Please ensure the auction number is used as a reference against the deposit. If you do not put the auction reference number against the deposit it will take longer for your items to be dispatched.

Delivery is very important to the team at ProductSaver. We take care in packing and shipping your items to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. 

Our couriers have 'track and trace' capabilities so you can see exactly where your parcel is. A dispatch email will be sent to you with all the details when the items are scanned by the courier upon pick-up.

ProductSaver uses Castle parcels to ship the majority of our products to our customers, however large items (over 25kgs.), we may use Mainstream couriers.

We can ship anywhere in New Zealand.

Delivery times may vary and are just an estimate only:

2-4 working days of receipt of payment within the North Island. 4-6 working days of receipt of payment within South Island and Rural delivery.

We aim to ship your item within 2 working days. If you have not received a track and trace email within three working days of winning the auction, please email us and we will provide an order update.

Warranty

Goods are warranted 12-24 months from the date of purchase and ProductSaver will at its discretion, repair or replace faulty items.

This warranty shall not be valid if, having detected a fault; the user continues to operate the item or dismantles the item.

This warranty does not apply to any part of the goods which has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, incorrect operation, accident, or damage caused by flood, fire or acts of nature.

ProductSaver liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing a part without charge.

ProductSaver liability is confined to the buyer only and the buyer's rights are not assignable.

Manufacturer issues can take up to 2 or more weeks to fix in some cases, please be patient. No warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or fitness of the products for any particular purpose.

The warranty is void if there is evidence of previous repair by another repair centre other than ProductSaver approved repairers.
