We’ll deliver this product to you for FREE! Please confirm that your order and delivery information are 100% correct when placing an order to avoid trouble.

Shipping Method

We use Courier Post and PBT Couriers to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified.

Shipping Times

Most orders ship the next business day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with one of our delivery partners.

Standard NZ delivery is 7-14 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

Please note that orders placed after 12.00 pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are notclassed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first avail able business day.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your Kathmandu product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.

If you change your mind about purchasing online,we will happily refund your purchase in full. There is no reason to return or exchange goods within 14 days, and the shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer. We will bear the freight for return if there is any quality problem within 30 days.

Items purchased online must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase in unused condition, original packaging (with tags attached) and proof of purchase. You will need to return the product to us by post.

Returns Process

Fill out the bottom section of your packing slip, indicating reason for return as specified in the form.

For your security and protection, please DO NOT include your credit card details on this form or in any correspondence.

We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a

change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.

Our store does not sell clothing and footwear for the time being.
