We ship New Zealand-wide from Australia. Shipping charges, dispatch timeframes and estimated delivery windows are shown on each listing. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and understood the dispatch timeframe, shipping method and estimated delivery information shown on the listing.

Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch, not from the order date. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched. Some items may also be subject to airfreight or other carrier restrictions for New Zealand.

Returns may be accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection or buyer error, but must be approved by us in writing before being sent back.

As Trade Me NZ orders are shipped internationally from Australia, the buyer is responsible for all return freight and any associated costs. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging in resaleable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opened, installed or used electrical items and Special order items are not returnable.

Do you stock parts for all makes and models? Yes. We supply quality OEM and aftermarket auto parts for all makes and models.

Can you check fitment after I order? Trade Me NZ orders do not include a post-purchase fitment check service. Please confirm suitability before purchasing.

How do I make sure I am ordering the right part? Please check the manufacturer part number, OEM references, photos, dimensions, specifications and your existing part number before purchasing. Vehicle applications shown are a guide only.

When does delivery time start? Estimated delivery time starts from dispatch, not from the order date.

Do you accept returns for incorrectly ordered items? Returns may be accepted but must be approved by us first. The buyer is responsible for all return freight and associated costs.

Do you accept returns on electrical items? Electrical items that have been opened, installed or used are not returnable unless required by law.

Are special-order items returnable? Special-order items are generally non-returnable unless required by law.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly through Trade Me with your order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution in line with applicable consumer rights.

Fitment can vary due to build date, engine code, chassis split, VIN range, PR code, production changes, OEM supersessions and other fitment restrictions.
