We accept Ping, and Visa and MasterCard via TradeMe’s Pay Now option.

For most items we offer a flat rate of $12.00 for Residential Courier Delivery and $18 for Rural Courier Delivery. Some heavy items may have slightly higher courier costs and extra large or long items may need to ship by road transport at extra cost.

It is free to collect any order from our RV Mega retail store. We can be found at:

Store pickup is available Monday to Friday only between 8am and 5pm. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours.

The anticipated delivery time will be within 1-4 working days. PLEASE NOTE: Rural, long haul and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time. If you select courier delivery and do not receive your goods within a reasonable time, please call us so that we can follow up on your behalf.

Please take the time to inspect your NEW product for damage prior to accepting receipt of it from the delivery company/driver. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. However, in this event a claim for loss or damage is required by the courier company. Please let us know immediately and we will work on your behalf with the delivery company to ensure you get the best results from your claim.

Returns

We will only accept a return if the product is still in the original condition and packaging (including any accessories, manuals and documentation) and you meet the return delivery costs. Once we have received the returned product it will be checked and only if it is in a condition for us to resell it will a refund be issued. We will not accept a returned product where an item has been specially ordered or modified to meet your specifications.

Warranty

All products come with a full manufacturers/distributor warranty (unless otherwise stated). Please Note: You must have the original invoice/receipt/TradeMe reference as proof of your purchase.

In the result of a claim, you may be required to ship the product back to us or the service agent. Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty. If the product is found to be faulty due to inappropriate installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will not be accepted. Should we establish that the product is faulty; it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Should a replacement product be unavailable, we will credit you the original purchase price of the product.

Your privacy is important to us and we understand that when making transactions security is of the highest importance. The Trade Me payment provides the very latest in security when processing credit card or Ping transactions, and our system only retains your order details and delivery address. We do not share your information with any outside parties.
