Payment instructions are automatically sent to all buyers at the time of purchase. Payments may be made by credit card using the Paynow function, bank deposit, or internet banking. We ask that payment be made in 3 working days. Payments made via Internet transfer on the weekend will show in our account Tuesday morning. Please use the auction reference number on Internet and bank deposits to avoid delays in shipping your purchase.

Layby

We offer 4 weeks layby for all auctions excluding $1 Reserve auctions. Please pay 25% of total the first week and the remainder over the next 3 weeks (about 25% each week if payments are made weekly). Don’t forget to let us know by email each time you make a payment, and please include the original auction number and your name when making payments.

Delivery Address

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS VIA TRADEME ONLY. This will speed up the delivery of your goods and ensure they arrive at the correct address.

Shipping

Because we are an on-line fashion store pick-ups are not available. Shipping is by overnight courier to all addresses, and all goods should arrive in 1-3 working days after payment. We will email you the courier’s track and trace information the moment your goods are shipped.

During public holidays and weekends parcels are sent the next business day. Rural addresses may take an extra day depending on transfer to the rural agent. Selection of an incorrect shipping option will result in delayed shipping. Contact us immediately if you don’t receive the goods within that time frame.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is available on all auctions over the same 5-day period. Please pay full postage for the first item, then $1.00 for additional extra item to be combined. If you are waiting for other auctions to finish, let us know by email that you have selected the combined shipping option for particular items. If you are using Internet banking or bank deposit please pay by ONE PAYMENT ONLY, otherwise your goods might be shipped individually resulting in increased shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

We like to keep all of our customers satisfied so that's why we let you return your purchase for an exchange or refund if you're not entirely happy. We can either give you a refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer (of equal or lesser value). From the date of the auction you have 14 days to return or exchange items provided you have complied with our returns policy. Your purchases must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must also be returned in good condition prior to exchanges or refunds being processed. Due to reasons of health and hygiene we cannot accept returns or exchanges for intimate apparel (see secretlover.co.nz/faqs).

Exchanges: We will send you a pre-addressed post-paid envelope to return any faulty products to us for an exchange item.

Returns and Refunds: Postage is non-refundable on returned items. Your refund will be processed once we receive the item.
