Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Claiming Warranty: To claim a warranty, please contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request the item to be returned for inspection. If the item is found to be defective, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Return Shipping: If a return is approved under warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
