Payment Instructions:

Payment Instructions are automatically sent to winner after auctions closing. Please ensure that you include the purchase number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end particularly when you deposit after 10pm or on Friday.

Payment Methods Accepted:

1. Internet Banking.
2. Pay Now i.e. credit card via Trade Me
3. Pay & Collect with Cash

Note: We don’t accept cheques, Amex or Diners Cards.

Courier Deliveries:

Payment instruction will automatically send after you winning the auction. GST Invoices and combined shipping are available upon application. Courier Fees include Quality Packaging and delivery signature is required, so please DO provide a physical address (not P.O. Box). As long as delivery address available items will be sent the same/next working day once payment with full purchase number as reference sighted on our Bank Statement.

Warranty Conditions:

1. If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information then automatically provides a 180 days Return to Base Replacement Warranty.
2. The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 36hrs of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
3. Contact must be made directly with for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.
4. Seller will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected', Please choose your purchase carefully.
5. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
6. The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to us. We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage must be paid entirely by the 6. Buyer. In return seller is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
7. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
8. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
9. Adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions
10. Warranty does not cover: a. Bonus accessory items such as batteries and storage bags & cases. b. Tear/wear, courier damage, incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed. c. Neglect and careless storage. d. Unauthorized repairs.
