We use FedEx as the shipment method if your address is not in P.O box, otherwise, we will use local post service to deliver the parcel.

Smartbuyglasses Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces or Freight Forwarders.

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 3 business days, if your order is placed within two days of the public holidays.

Please note that orders placed after 2.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

Returns Policy

RETURN any product(s) from SmartBuyGlasses within 100 days of receiving your order:

Full Refund is offered for product(s) in unused condition and with original packaging from SmartBuyGlasses

All single vision, bi-focal, progressive prescription eyewear can only be returned if in unused and original condition

100% Return PolicyIf for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly offer a 100 days Refund Policy, starting the day you receive your order. Please note that the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to Return:

1. The product(s) MUST be returned unused, with all the original packaging and with all the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals still attached.
2. If you have purchased contact lenses, the lenses boxes must be unopened and in original condition.
3. All returns are inspected on arrival and a full refund will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
4. Please ensure that product(s) are returned to us via signed for delivery and a certificate of posting is obtained. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
5. The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.
6. SPECIAL Returns Note: Do not return your product(s) without first contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with a specific returns address. (Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel)

1.Do I have to pay any custom duties?

Your order will be dispatched from one of our logistics center in either Germany, Italy, the USA, Australia or Hong Kong, therefore we cannot guarantee that your order will be exempt from government imposed import duties and taxes. Reimbursement: In the unlikely event that your item is held by customs and you are notified to pay additional custom duties, please note that we will fully reimburse these costs. Please first proceed to pay the fee and ask for a formal invoice. Contact our Customer Service Team and provide us with a clear photo or scan of the invoice, so we can fully reimburse the costs. Exception: Please note that we do not refund Brazilian customs duties or taxes due to the nature of the Brazilian Trade Regulation; all customers in Brazil are fully-responsible for any custom duties or taxes incurred.

2.How do I select the correct frame size?

The majority of the eyewear products we sell are not one-size-fits-all and therefore you will need to select the correct size. The easiest way to find your frame size is to check the size that is printed on the inside of your current frames. This is usually a good indication of the size you should buy. 3.Can I visit your store?

SmartBuyGlasses is an online retailer and we only sell our products from our online store. Due to our streamlined business model, we can limit our costs and offer designer sunglasses and eyeglasses at very competitive prices.

4.Can I trust the authenticity of the products?

All our products are 100% authentic and sourced from original distributors. We offer a 2 year Warranty on manufacturing defects and if you are not satisfied with the product you can return or exchange it. Check out our Returns Policy for more information.
