Payment Details:

Cheque Payment: We accept cheques as payment, but allow three working days for cheques to clear before items are sent.

Payment must be made within 5 days of auction end, all payments must have an auction number as a reference. If no auction number is visible on bank deposit this will result in delay of delivery process.

GST Invoices:

We are GST registered and supply a GST invoice with each sale. Please retain this invoice for warranty purposes.

All small items are sent via couriers using their bags or tickets, price is dependent on size, weight and location item is being sent to.

Please note: Goods sent to a rural address cost more and take longer to get to destination.

Items over 30 kg are sent via Mainfreight and take between 2 – 5 days depending on location.

Freight charges are dependent on weight, volume and destination of the item.

Warranties & Returns:

Spray Equip Ltd will repair, replace or refund (at our discretion) in the case of faulty goods. We will not accept for return or refund any products if you have changed your mind or if the product wasn't what you expected or has been used.

Please make sure that the auction you are bidding on is what you want prior to bidding, please read all relevant information on products and warranties.

If you receive any faulty or damaged products please be sure to contact us straight away so we can get the issue resolved.

Your details will not be passed onto any third parties at all under any circumstances.

We may retain your e-mail address to follow up on your customer satisfaction or let you know of any special promotions we are running through our auctions. If you request for us not to hold your details for this purpose we shall respect that.
