Warranty & Returns

1. Unless otherwise stated all mechanical products have a warranty period of 3 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice.
2. The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.
3. We will happily offer replacement items or refunds if:

• Item is dead on arrival or damaged
• There is a manufacturing fault with the item
• The wrong item was sent to you
• We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund.

1. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
2. If you have purchased an item that has all the same descriptions as advertised and you would like to return that item, then we may offer a refund less 20% of the price (labor and admin costs) and the fee to cover packing and shipping costs. Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help to rectify when parts are purchased incorrectly.
3. No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. As most of our parts are second hand genuine parts, so please check the descriptions, conditions and quality of the parts by the photos provided before purchase.
