Q: How can I track my order? A: When you purchase your item(s) from Tags Weekly and select a FREE First Class International 7-14 business day shipping method, Tags Weekly cannot provide a guarantee of delivery because the Postal Service does not provide a tracking number with proof of delivery.

If you must have tracking you can upgrade your service to a Priority International 6-10 business day service or an Express International 3-5 business day service with free insurance of up to $100.

Q: When will my order be shipped? A: Most orders will ship the next business day. We will update Trade Me with a tracking number the minute your order ships.

Q: Can we choose another shipping carrier? A: Currently we only support the shipping methods offered at checkout.

Q: Can you declare my purchase as a Gift? A: Unfortunately we are unable to mark your merchandise as a Gift as this may violate federal law.

Q: Who is responsible for Taxes & Customs fees? A: You may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are collected at the time of delivery. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We strongly encourage you to read the International Duties & Taxes section of this listing before bidding or purchasing an item.

Q: Shipping Delays? A: We are unable to guarantee delivery arrival times due to the shipping provider as these delays are outside of our control. We utilize the services of only reputable shipping carriers with the expectation that our orders be delivered within the time frame they provide us based on the service. Although these delays do occur at times, they are outside the norm.

Q: Can I refuse a package? A: When we fulfil an order placed by our customers we ship our orders with the expectation that you have provided us with the correct shipping information. If for some reason the package were refuse it would be treated as abandoned and would be ineligible for a refund.

We value your business and stand behind everything we sell. We will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please Contact Us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still wish to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping charge, and (b) a handling fee of $5 or 10% (whichever is greater).

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them:

1. All returns require return authorization. Please contact our Returns Department for an RA Number before returning an item otherwise the return may take longer to be processed.
2. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days with original tags/packaging. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact.

Exceptions to the policy above:

a. Footwear will be assessed a handling fee of $10 or 10% (whichever is greater).

b. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.

1. When we receive your package our goal is to have this resolved within 5 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. The Returns Authorization Form must be completed and included in the box.

Q: Are the products advertised on your site authentic brands? A: Yes! Everything TagsWeekly sells is sourced directly from major upscale retailers, major manufacturers or designers.

Q: The size I need is not available, will it be restocked? A: The vast majority of our inventory are closeouts, overstock, discontinued styles, and hard-to-find styles. Quantities are limited and the option of restocking is not readily available. It's our recommendation that when we stock something you like, place your order as soon as possible!

Q: Do you do back orders? A: Due to our limited availability TagsWeekly is unable to do back orders.

Q: Do you sell factory seconds? Since you are an outlet that offers incredibly deep discounts, can I expect quality items? A: We only buy first-quality products. All of our merchandise comes directly to us from the brand manufacturers or one of their authorized dealers. Some of our products were previously available for sale in a retail store or a catalog and may have been handled by their customers. In addition, since they are overstock/discontinued store stock they are sent back through the supply chain from their warehouse to ours. This may cause additional signs of handling.

The following are examples of minor imperfections that are possible, and will not be noted as flaws in the description:

Item may display one or more price tags and/or stickers indicating multiple markdowns. May need to be washed or dry-cleaned before wearing due to handling or trying on in department stores. Examples: makeup/deodorant marks. Seam separations. Loose threads/beads/embellishments. If an item is missing embellishments/buttons but extra are included, we will not disclose this in the description. Missing beads/embellishments will be noted if item does NOT come with extra. If they are loose or come with extra we will not note this in the description. Small snags or runs. Cut or snipped tags to prevent returns back to the catalog company. Shoes/Handbags/Other items from Famous Catalog may have an "X" or "clipped" marked on bottom/inside to prevent returns back to the catalog company. We are not responsible for variances in certain materials such as silk, linen and other natural fabrics.
