Purchases can be paid by Cash, Eftpos, Credit Card, bank deposit and Pay now. Please make sure when paying by bank deposit/online transfer that you use the Auction number as the Reference. This will ensure your order is processed quickly as soon as we see the payment in our account. Auctions closing on weekends or public days will not be sent out until the next working day after payment is received. Auctions need to be paid for within 5 working days from time of purchase.

We always aim to give you the best pricing and service all the time. If you happen to find a cheaper price for the same item we are selling please feel free to let us know. A GST invoice will be produced and sent with your parcel. All prices are in NZD and included GST.

Goods will be sent on the day that payment is received (if received before 12pm) and auction number is confirmed. Small items will be dispatched on overnight services; however larger items and deliveries to the South Island/ rural locations may take 2 – 3 days to arrive. Full track and trace information can be provided for all our freight systems
