From our premises in Lower Hutt Wellington, we ship our parcels daily, except for weekends and public holidays usually within 24 hours of payment. We deliver to hundreds of locations in New Zealand.

Parcels including rural, are sent via Pass the Parcel courier with email confirmation with link and tracking number to follow your order. We expect the parcel to arrive at your letterbox or door within 1-5 days, with rural delivery please add extra 3 days for that order.

In some cases like PO Box/Waikeke Island, or if requested, we can send through NZ Post as well.

If the parcel goes missing or damaged please contact us through email as soon as possible. We then lauch an investigation this can take up to 5 working days. I am happy to say that Pass the Parcel has always located the parcel and delivered in the end.

If the unfortunate case happens if it has been lost I guarantee full refund of your goods.

We can deliver overseas please ask for more details in the question section. Usually free at owners risk, but if you prefer tracking or courier this will add on a extra fee of maybe $20-$30.

GET THE RIGHT SIZE WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE

Know your measurements, this will help you buy outfits from your measurements not just your size

1 First you need to find a tape measure, pen and paper, note down your chest, waist, hip and height measurements. Not too tight or too loose, you should be able to put your finger under the tape, so you can get the best fit for you. 2 Stand straight with tight clothing or in you underwear. 3 Your bust size, measure under your pits and around the fullest part of your chest this is your bust circumference. (note your bust size is not your bra size) 4 Your waist size, measure around smallest part of your waist just above your belly button this is your waist circumference. 5 Your hip size, measure around the widest part of your hips/buttocks this is your hip circumference. 6 Your height, this can tell you were the hemline will fall mini, knee, mid calf or full length. Measure from the hollow of your neck or top of your shoulders to the floor. Or waist to floor when you are looking at a skirt. 7 You may have a best fit outfit or simular type, style and fabric (stretch or non stretch) item in your warddrobe, to what you are planning to purchase then you can compare those measurements carefully.

Loose or form fitting silhouettes Loose fitting tent, shift, and yoke dresses are much easier to eyeball size-wise than more form fitting blouson and sheath dress/skirts. If you're looking at a form fitting it's crucial to get true measurements of your bust waist and hips to ensure that it fits comfortably all around.
