Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end. All Buyer need to contact us within 3 working days after purchase.

When you make payment, make sure you use the auction number as the reference. Please include your name, address, contact number and auction number on the back of the cheque.

If you want us to deliver to you, please add freight. We will quote freight independently. We dispatch all goods within 48 hours of confirmed payment. If you have not received your goods in 7days after you made your payment, please notify us.

If you decide to process purchase, you must agree on the shipping cost. Delivery and Insurance charges cannot be claimed for refund. This Item will shipped via Courier.

ALL GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCKET!!! DO NOT sign the delivery docket if there is any broken item!! Please record an endorsement of damage on Con Note, which is the evidence to make a claim and freight company will pay for a replacement. Item will not shipped until payment has been received in full. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery after payment made in full (2-3 business days for Christchurch Metro Area) If problems do arise, please contact us before leaving any feedback. We will try our best to solve any problem

Return & Exchange Policy

Proof of purchase is required for all kind or return, exchange or refund. We accept return within 7 days after received. We accept exchange within 14 days after received. Buyer is responsible to pay all the shipping cost that cause by return, exchange or refund. 10% Handling Fee applies to all returned and exchange items. All goods to be return or exchange must always be kept in the original package in original condition

Refund Policy: We will replace or exchange if the item is:

• Item is defective
• Item is incorrectly described in the auction listing If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you a refund. We will not refund if:
• You simply change your mind - Item was not what you expected or not what you imagined Please ask all questions before bidding. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition accompanied by the original invoice. All courier charges are non-refundable.

If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us stating clearly the problem. Please include the following information: Invoice Number, Item Description, Date of Purchase and a daytime phone number. We will contact you within 2 working days to resolve the problem via the above guidelines.

Warranty:

The purchaser must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase. Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. We cannot pay for plumbing costs or building costs etc if product is found to be faulty after installation.
