Our Warmie hasn't arrived, ordered on 27 January, have sent email and no response, please can you contact me with an update?

This seller has not been in touch. and has not sent the item. Do not trade with them.

I haven’t received the item after more than 60 days, however Stephen contacted me and arranged a refund.

I paid and never recieved anything, ive contacted the seller but wont reply. look at the reviews, why does trade me continue to allow this seller to sell. so many people have been ripped off, but trade me takes there cut. so they dont care that we dont get what we paid for and lose our money. Why cant this person be kicked off, nearly 100 complaints of taking peoples money, how many people does if take for trade me to act???????

Purchased on 9th November and hasn't arrived.

Its been over 1 month and no sign of the doll I bought? Email to the seller proved to be un-useful, as they do not do tracking. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying from overseas sellers!

5 weeks and the item never arrived. No refund I had to file a dispute. I would definitely AVOID trading with them.

41 says since I have purchased an item and have not received it. 31 days since I have emailed for updates. originally in the listing it said 7-14 days they emailed back and said 14-24 days. well it has been way over that period. edit: they responded and issued me a refund fairly quickly.

A month went by since the purchase with no tracking number or correspondence from the seller. When I followed up again, I received no correspondence, only a refund. AVOID THIS SELLER.

Listing said 7-14 days and I ordered 27 March for an early May birthday party. In mid-April I followed up with seller and was told it takes 14-24 days. On 3 May I asked for a refund as they hadn’t arrived in time for the party. The reply was to wait a little longer because they’d be clearing customs. When I insisted on a refund I didn’t hear from the seller again. I only obtained a refund because I’d paid through TM and I disputed the transaction. 10 May and the item still hasn’t arrived

I still have not received my item even though the listing said shipping would be 7-14 working days. After 14 working days it had not arrived, so I e-mailed, and the response was that shipping is 14-24 working days. Perhaps you should update your listings to reflect more accurate shipping times so that products could be purchased with that in mind if they are needed by a certain date.
