Payments Payment instructions are automatically sent to winning bidders, containing bank account details and pickup address. We require that payment is made in full within 5 working days. Unpaid purchases may get cancelled after this period.

Payment Methods: We aim to be as accommodating as possible to our customers and accept various payment methods:

Bank desposit: Please follow the instructions on our payment email and remember to include the Trademe purchase reference number. If no reference number is included or incorrect paid amount, this may delay the delivery process.

Credit cards: We accept Mastercard, and Visa.

Cheques: We do accept cheques as payment but please allow 3 working days for the cheques to clear before items are sent. Cheques are not acceptable for pickups.

GST: We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.

Deliveries:

Deliveries will be dispatched ASAP by courier after payment is received and cleared. Be aware that larger items can take approx. 2 – 5 days for the courier to deliver and it may take a few days for payment to show in our bank account.

IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK PRODUCT FULLY BEFORE PLACING HIS/HER SIGNATURE FOR THE COURIER

The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email ASAP of receiving the item.

Pick ups:

You are most welcome to come to our store to pick up purchases. Please contact us, we will then let you know if this is ready for pick up.

CASH, EFTPOS or CREDIT CARD is Available in Store.

Combined Shipping:

We provide Combine Shipping. A Full Postage is required to be paid on the first item.

The Toolshed offers Freight Free on Orders over $100

In the very unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods returns must be made ASAP. The Toolshed supply a repair, replace or refund your item (at our discretion).

Please note that we will not, as a standard matter of course, offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly.

Please make sure the auction you have purchased is what you want prior to purchasing, read all relevant information on products and warranties, returns must be made within 7 days and the product is sent back to us at the "Buyers Expense". All courier and postage charges are non-refundable. If in Doubt, please ask.

We are not liable for goods damaged or lost in delivery but please do inform us of the incident immediately (Image and Description is required, or delays will be caused). When choosing our collection the best of care goes into sourcing suitable pieces for you to enjoy for a reasonable amount of time. Under our guarantee, faulty items that meet our conditions of care and use will be repaired, replaced or a refund will be issued at The Tool Shed's discretion.

The Tool Shed will repair or replace any goods, which fail to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
