Payment must be made within 5 days of purchasing goods. Payment can be made by direct credit, Visa, Master Cards, cash and EFTPOS. We do not accept cheques, Amex, Diners or CRT cards. Please ensure you include the auction number reference when making payment.

All goods should be shipped within 2 days of confirmation that payment has been received. You should receive an email message advising that your goods have been shipped. Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends – please be patient. NOTE: We cannot deliver to postal boxes.

Returns of Goods (unused product)

Goods supplied by the seller may be accepted for return within 30 days of the date of supply subject to the following:

· Goods must be returned, at the buyer’s expense, unused, in their original packaging, into the seller’s store.

· The buyer must provide proof of purchase.

· Acceptance of the goods is conditional on an assessment to determine they are undamaged, and in good working order.

· Upon acceptance of the return, the buyer will be issued a store credit or cash for the full amount of the purchase price paid, excluding freight. The resulting credit may be used to offset the cost of any future purchase.

Goods sold at ‘disposal’ or heavily discounted prices (eg. 40% + discount) will not be accepted for return.

All sales of goods by Totalsafe, except those used for business purposes, are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act.”

All our tools come with a 12mth Totalsafe warranty, including our all factory reconditioned tools. Milwaukee range which comes with a 5 year manufacturers warranty on all tools and a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on batteries. All appliance comes with factory standard warranty. We do have service place which will check and fix tools for you. all buyers will respond to send faulty tools or appliances back to us, We will cover the cost sending back to you.
