We accept payment via Ping, or bank transfer. If you are picking up your item, we also accept EFTPOS or cash on site. Please contact us, or reply to the auction email if you intend to pick up and pay onsite.

Most items will ship within the same working day if payment has been made via Ping, or within two working days if paid via bank transfer. Oversize/overweight items such as engines, bull bars and gearboxes may take longer to ship. If shipping needs to be estimated, you will be contacted via email. Pickup is also available, we are located in Rangiora.

While we try our best to list our products as accurately as possible, but sometimes we make mistakes. If the item you have purchased is not as described, faulty, or damaged when not described, we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act to make things right and will provide you a refund or a replacement where appropriate.
