PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Payment instructions are automatically sent to all buyers at the time of purchase. We ask that payment be made in 3 working days please. Please ensure that you note the exact auction number on bank deposits to avoid confusion. Please also submit your delivery address via trade me ONLY - do not email this to us. Payment may take a few days to appear at in our account so you need to allow for this.

We are GST registered and are able to provide a GST invoice if required

For items shipped from our Auckland Warehouse estimated time of arrival is 1-3 working days

We use fast reliable shipping for items shipped from China Warehouse, estimated time of arrival is: 7-12 working days.

The tracking link will send to your email once the item has been sent, if you have not received the tracking notification please check your spam mail or contact us.

We accept easy returns to a New Zealand return address.

Damages, Faults or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if:

• Item is defective
• Item is damaged
• Wrong item received

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping cost if applicable.

If your parcel has not arrived within 40 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Order If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item:

• Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility
• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Refund will be processed after inspection and approval
• Our original shipping and handling cost will be deducted from the refund, even if the order was shipped with free shipping

This is standard practice as shipping services have already been provided.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused
• In original condition and packaging
• Include proof of purchase
• Return requested within 14 days

Return Process To start a return, please contact us via TradeMe. If approved:

• We will provide return instructions
• Items sent without approval may not be accepted

Our Commitment Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide fast and fair solutions for all customers.

Our standard warranty process is as follows.

1. Contact us for warranty authorisation and provide all relevant information. We will either need photos or verification of the issue from one of our service agents.
2. For minor defects (repairable) we will either send replacement parts or refer you to one of our local service agents.
3. For major defects (not repairable) we will either replace the item or offer a refund.

We will always endeavour to repair or replace faulty goods within their warranty period. If we cannot do this within a reasonable period of time we will offer store credit or a refund. Exception may be made in the case of damage to or misuse of the item. This includes negligent operation, improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, unauthorised repairs, storm damage and modifications. Limits in cover will apply for businesses. Limitations apply to warranties around rust for sea spray zones, coastal environments as well as areas affected by industrial contamination or geothermal sulphur. Proof of purchase is required and warranties are not transferable. Freight damage or missing parts must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

All warranty claims must approved by TradeHut staff

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
