Payment: Payment instructions are automatically sent to the winning bidder. Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Payment Methods:

Direct Credit: Please follow the instructions provided in our payment email and remember to include the Trademe auction number for reference.

Credit cards: We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa in store. Mastercard and Visa payments can also be processed over email and phone.

Finance: Payment for approved clients may be made in instalments according to the Seller’s payment schedule.

GST: We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are available upon request. The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price in the event of a variation to the Seller’s quotation

Deliveries: Orders are promptly dispatched within New Zealand once payment is received.

Additionally, we offer a free and excellent service with our fully stocked vans, which can visit your site daily (Monday - Friday) from Auckland to Northland to deliver goods or allow you to purchase directly from the van—ideal for urgent job needs.

Shipping: Large items requiring freight, dangerous goods or those sent to a rural address typically take an additional 1 – 2 days.

Delivery Pricing: We strive to keep courier and freight pricing as low as possible. Shipping costs vary based on the item(s) and the destination. If a shipping rate seems unreasonable, let us know, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Pick-ups: You are welcome to pick up your order from our Albany and Warkworth stores. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Please reach out if your order is urgent; we’re here to help!

Bulk Orders & Overseas: For bulk orders or overseas shipments, including to Australia, a freight quote will be required before processing. Please call 0800 425 800 for details.

We accept returns for most unopened and unused items. Item must be returned at your cost, in their original packaging and in shop condition. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days and we will be happy to assist.

Our returns policy last for 7 days.

Items that are exempt from returns include tinted paints, perishable goods, sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

If an item is faulty on delivery, we will likely replace it or provide a refund at no charge.

We are not liable for goods lost during delivery, but please inform us of the incident immediately.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns
