You will be sent an email straight after the sale with payment details and instructions. Payments must be made within 3 days after your purchase.

Please use the auction number and your name as your reference.

We accept the following options of payment;

• Pay Now
• Ping

We use Courier Post for all our deliveries.

Please ensure you choose an address where someone will be present to receive the delivery, such as a work address, allow 1-3 days for your delivery.

When you place your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an additional email with your courier tracking number.

During public holidays and weekends, shipping won’t be available, shipments will go out the next available working day.

Goods are not returnable simply because you have changed your mind. If there are any manufacturer faults or defects, please notify TURBO 777 as soon as possible so any issues can be dealt with in a satisfactory manner.

It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to Turbo 777. If there is a warranty issue, the freight charge will be refunded once the goods are received by Turbo 777.

Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
