Payment options: Customer can choose to pay by Paynow via Trademe, direct credit to our Westpac account, EFTPOS, Visa or Master card, cash.

We aim to dispatch all orders within next working day of purchase. If a product require assemble it may take longer. Small items will be dispatched via courier service. Normally overnight to North Island address and 2-3 working days to South Island address. Larger items or deliver to rural address could take 1 or 2 more days to deliver. All shipping price stated is to non-rural address unless stated otherwise. All orders are signature required unless requested by customer.

Warranty

All Fish Master Kayaks and Winner kayaks come with 5 years RTB warranty for Kayak Hull unless stated otherwise in auction. Other Kayaks come with 1 year RTB warranty. All SUPs, including inflatable sup, fiberglass epoxy sup and hybrid sup come with 1 year RTB warranty unless stated otherwise in auction. All accessories and replacement parts come with 90 days RTB warranty. Damages by impact, customer misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered. Even the strongest paddles and SUPs could snap in half by big impact like when surfing waves. There is no warranty in this industry to cover snapped boards. We will not replace them if they suffered a breakage or heel dent. In such case please talk to us and we will see what we can do to minimize your loss.

Return Policy:

7 Day Money back guarantee: Our 7 day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. We will happily provide you with an exchange or full refund if you are not satisfied in anyway, no questions asked. The 7 day period starts from the date of delivery or collection. Items must be received back before the end of the 7 day period. All return items must come back in unused or as new, re-saleable condition in original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the best thing to do is contact us and we'll be happy to do our best to resolve any issue.

We are a NZ registered company, your rights are protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We will never trade your personal information.

We will store all the order information you provided on a secure server. We will take all reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

Credit card details will NOT be stored on our server for security reason.

Customer Service: We will endeavor to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within 24 hours. If an auction ended before we answer the questions, please find the relisted auction and ask again, we will get back to you asap.

GST TAX Invoices: We are a GST registered Company. All prices shown is GST included. For export orders: If you are sending your purchase overseas, please email us the bill of lading and we can refund the GST paid.

Feedback: We will place a positive feedback once transaction is complete – payment received and goods dispatched or picked up. We would much appreciate if you could do the same if you are satisfied with the product. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us asap and we are happy to try our best to solve the issue. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please email us to confirm. Please keep us informed so that we can relist the auction. No negative feedback will be placed in this case.
