We accept Ping/Pay Now or via bank deposit. Prompt payment within 3 days is appreciated.

We can provide a GST Invoice if required.

Shipping as advised in the auctions is to Main Centres only eg: Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch.

This is because the shipping price can change based on your location and how far out you are from the main centres.

Please contact us to get a Quote on freight to your location and we can amend the auction accordingly.

We dispatch orders on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. Once we receive your payment, please allow 1-2 days for packaging and dispatch. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

If your item is received damaged, please sign for as “damaged” and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement but please note that our stock levels do vary and there could be a chance the replacement may be of a different colour variation if we are out of stock.

Please choose your product carefully as we do not offer refunds on a change of mind.

Our office hours are 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday. We aim to reply to all emails within a few hours during these hours.
