Poor communication, don't buy until you get confirmation the item is actually in New Zealand! Purchased and paid instantly on Sunday. Messaged Monday to make sure they let me know what day delivery would be, as auction states delivery within 3-5 business days and I needed to make sure I would be home and have someone here to lift the heavy item, no reply. Emailed and used the number provided on Tuesday, no reply. Emailed and called again Wednesday, no reply. Filed a dispute with TM, heard from

Hi ynl, I only just got control of my Trade Me account back yesterday — before that, a scammer was using it, and they’re the one who did that deal, not me.
