Payment Policy

All payments must be made within 3 days of the close of the auction. We insist on having a reference number and your name as the reference to speed up the process, and your address must be sent via trademe for the fastest response.

Pick up from Otahuhu, Auckland

Standard delivery, your order will arrive approximately 1- 3 business days after full payment is made. Delivery time depends upon your location.

Our policy is to ship within 24hrs upon receipt of payment. Our shipping is tracked, should a claim take place we will assist you where possible with that process.

Pickup is welcome please make arrangements with the store based in Otahuhu before you arrive to ensure the fastest possible service at our store.

During public holidays and Sundays, nothing will be shipped. You will have to wait till the next available working day.

Please note we cannot ship to a PO box, it must be a physical address. If you cannot supply this you will need to pick up or make another arrangement with us PRIOR to committing to a buy now.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you have changed your mind.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if your:

Item is damaged

Item is defective

You notify us within 7 days

We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
