Update 22nd November: Photo Problems [Resolved]

Update 22nd November: We were able to successfully track down our image issues to faulty hardware which was replaced last night, so viewing and uploading of photos should now be back to normal. If you are still experiencing issues with images on the site, please let us know.

Once again we apologise and thank you for your patience.

Update 20th November: Unfortunately we are still experiencing intermittent issues with our image serving platform. Our Tech team are scrambling to get this fixed, and hope to have it resolved soon.

18th November: We are currently experiencing issues with our image servers, which are causing problems for some people viewing and uploading photos. Our Tech team are working on the problem and hope to have it resolved soon.
