The TSBS03 is lighter and more compact than its bigger brother. The biggest problem with most 75mm belt sanders is that they tend to roll due to the narrow width of the belt, the TSBS03 has overcome this by including a metal pressed base that can added on for when sanding large flat surfaces. This now gives a base width of 145mm, so when you are sanding a large surface such as a bench or table top it won’t roll and dig into the surface. The base plate can be adjusted for height so a fine sanding can be made.

The TSBS03 also comes with two bench clamps, this allows the sander to be mounted upside down and clamped to a work bench giving the operator a very convenient bench top sander. Set in this mode the sander becomes a totally new tool. Ideal for sanding smaller pieces of material including projects with internal curves. Change the belt to a finer grit and you can sharpen garden tools, knives etc.

Powered by a 950 watt motor and fitted with a variable speed control the operator is able to adjust the sanding speeds between 150 and 360 metres per minute.
