To get three-phase power your options are:

1. Get three-phase installed. You will have to pay daily line charges.
2. Buy a finished converter. Easy, fast. See the seller's other listings and find them.
3. Build a converter based on a module. Cheap, fast, if you can make an enclosure.
4. Build with a controller. Cheapest. You should have electrical and mechanical skills.

Build an 8kW single to three-phase converter based on a prefabricated module.
