Are you ready to knit a masterpiece with these remnants of vintage and old yarn? Some of the yarn is unused, and some has been used, unraveled, and then rewound.

For this auction there's :

4 balls (approx 125gm) of Woolworth's Economy, 4 ply ( fingering) pure wool, great for socks/shawls in True Blue 58. The wool is Made in England, and probably was produced at least 50 years ago.

3 balls (approx 75gm) of Millers Aranui Double Knitting, 70% wool/30% man made fibre, shade M3. The wool is Made in New Zealand, possibly in the 1960s.

4 balls (approx 175 gm) of Beeble Textured Double Knit 8ply yarn, 18% merino/2% nylon/80% Prerendale Wool in St Bathans Blue. The wool is moth-proofed and Made in New Zealand. Age unknown.

9 pieces (approx 300gm) of Crucci Cezanne, Tweed Mohair and Wool, 68% wool/20% acrylic/12% Mohair in silver 44. The wool is Made in New Zealand. Age unknown.

8 pieces (approx 100gm) of beige 4ply(?) wool. No labels. Age unknown. Used, rewound wool.

2 pieces yarn, used, approx 25gm of cream, and 5gm of grey (can be seen in first photo)

All the yarn has been in storage for a long time. I have aired all the remnants but they still have a slight storage smell. The wool colours are good and the wool itself seems to be in good condition. The wools are hand-washable.

Please note the wool has been, at some stage, in the company of a white cat.
