Here is a quality coloured cabinet plate by Royal Doulton in England featuring Arundel Castle, dated to around 1908-16, and you can date it precisely via the photographed backstamp.

The artwork is very detailed and well done.

I have two of this plate. This item is lighter than the other one.

This features a picturesque castle beside the river with ancient trees and a ford.

This plate set has no flaws, no chips, and no repairs.

It measures 7.5 inches diameter, number D3471. '15' is also impressed on the back along with a black lion backstamp.
