The coloured thread added to the Original Norsewear Farm Fleck sock was done so around 15 years ago for 2 reasons;

• The onslaught of imported imitations that were being returned to us got too great to handle, so a coloured thread was added to the toe to heel, (they wore out in weeks and were not the same as the Fleck in any way apart from sight on the shelf)
• The coloured threads also represent the size of the sock and the deep blue is the Large 8-10.5 size for washing Identification
