20 ft new build container.

This container has been framed and insulated.

The usual problem with using a container as a office or living space is condensation inside the walls. We have used a closed cell spray foam that wraps behind the timber and adheres directly to the metal forming a moisture barrier to fix this problem.

We have used this container for storage through all seasons with great success.

The closed cell foam doesn't just solve the condensation issue but provides ample insulation with a impressive R value of 3.8.

There's still plenty of room left to run services and the framing stops short of the container doors leaving room for a sliding door.
