This rare single phase Reefer container is in perfect working condition in regards to the refrigeration unit and a tidy inside and outside. As far as we can determine, the seals are in good sealing condition, nice and pliable on the inside and a bit more weathered on the outside. It chills down to 1 degree Celsius in very quick time (from 12-1degree in 20 minutes). There is some surface rust here and there as per photos but nothing that is too major or compromises the function or structure of the container. Same with a bit of Lichen in a few places. Also as per the photos, there is a smallish ding on one of the side, again this has not compromised the container. This container has been stored in Twizel, well away from the coast, for the last 10 years which is where it is still located and from where it will need to be collected from. There is easy access and heaps of room on all 4 sides for a Hiab truck to collect. We have been told that this single phase reefer container is worth at least $12000, however this price reflects that we just want to move it on. Price also includes a $650+ Trademe fee.
